Starlets Awarded Funding to Add More Teams

Stevenage Starlets have been awarded a £3,000 grant from the Premier League, The FA and the Government’s Football Foundation to set up two new teams and to provide essential equipment and kit.

This grant was awarded through the Football Foundation’s Lionesses HERe to Play Fund, which is focussed on creating welcoming, safe and accessible facilities for women and girls across England, as well as supercharging women's and girls' teams.

The funding will be used to add two new teams for our youngest players and start them on their footballing journey.
